Tried to reach support... 2 emails unanswered.. if no cell service these will not work..in fact many locations my cell phone worked and radios did not... took 3 emails to get rma to return.. return agent at first refused to give rma number and even quoted the return document that clearly stated rma number needed.. still waiting for my money back
