Didn’t match despite ordering color match kit

The item itself seems like great quality but I’m really disappointed the color doesn’t match my hair. I ordered the color match kit and had my sister and mom help me color match. I ordered the color that was closest to my hair color and when the actual set came in, it did not match at all. I had the sample from my sample kit and it was not the same color as the extensions I received. I had to open the actual extensions to confirm they didn’t match my hair and that it wasn’t just the one strand that didn’t match. Now I can’t return and I’m really disappointed because I ordered the sample kit and everything to ensure best match. Probably won’t order again :(
