Roots very dark
The roots are much darker than the picture almost black

Not quite as thick as my last one. Good customer service.
I’m not sure they’ll post a review with anything other than positives, although I am a satisfied customer. The Up I received had a manufacturing defect with stringy glue and hair breakage by the clips. After a few weeks of back and forth with customer care, they agreed to a replacement and the replacement looks good. I’ve been a customer since 2019 and retiring my original Up after years of heavy use. The new one is not quite as thick, but very shiny and the color is beautiful—less bleached at the ends and healthier looking than my old one. I have several sets of BFB extensions and the Up is by far my favorite.
