Arrived With a broken Clip: Poor Customer Service

My updo arrived with a clip broken. When I contacted the customer service I was told because I took it out of the bag I could either have a sewing kit or send it back for repair. I wanted to buy more extensions from this company but what if they come broken too? This company does not stand by their product. I am now going to buy my extensions from a local company next week. I don’t think when you receive a broken product you should be told it can’t be returned. There are lots of better options it’s too bad because the extension I got was beautiful and soft. It just had a clip broken upon arrival. And I was disappointed in the way I was basically told that they do not take it back. If I bought more would they be broken and would the solution be to send me a cheap needle and thread and tell me that is my option? I think if so I would rather buy from a bother company that stands buy their product. Bye bye BFB !

I really do like the UP have used it several times already. The only thing I was disappointed in was the color. I ordered the Bronde and it was mostly blonde with hardly any brown in it like the photo showed so cannot wear it in pony tail style because the color is obvious compared to my brown/blonde highlighted hair. Will have to try another color for the Fall. As long as you get the color right this is super cute and very easy to use.
