Unsatisfied
Ordered the wrong color by mistake, package is unopened and have been requesting someone from BFB contact me by phone as the shade I need for exchange has been showing ‘out of stock. The autogenerated email says someone will contact me within 24 hours….it’s going on 2 weeks now, and after multiple attempts via the online and email communications offered, I still have not heard from BFB…..they don’t list a phone number for contact either. Very disappointed customer.

Unimpressed
Bombshell is not cool or icy as described, it is extremely yellow. I would have returned but didn’t have time to get others before my wedding so I washed them with purple shampoo and made them work. Also, texture after washing was frizzy and straw-like. My hairstylist was very unimpressed with the quality, but again had to make them work because I had no other option.
