Awesome zang cha. Clean, woodsy, slight mineral and extremely light fermentation/age. Perfect for butter tea! Great benefits! Awesome traditionally brewed as well!

Favorite of my friends who don’t drink tea regularly
Literally everyone I’ve shared this tea with responds with an “Oh wow, that’s really good.”
It’s easy to brew (forgiving if you oversteep) easy to drink for hours, and low caffeine enough for me to be able to enjoy in the afternoon/ early evening without it impairing my sleep. Quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Path of Cha always does me right
I was curious to try an older tea and decided to snag some of this during my last purchase. I opened the bag today and thought to myself shoot I'd like to read more about it. When I went to my emails to search for the tea to determine if I had bought the 2018 or 2021 I found an email from Path of Cha talking about this being their featured tea. Talk about a coincidence. Maybe it was fate that had me brew this tea today. Anyways the tea itself is quite delicious. Raspberry jam is spot on. Wafting my Gaiwan after a fresh pour results in a mouthwatering need for some toast to spread this jam on. I do taste the notes of plum as well. This may become a new favorite for me.
