"Laughing Buddha" GuShu Ripe Pu-erh Tea Cake, 2022 (100g)

Incredible entry level ripe that goes above and beyond. Perfect for newcomers to the style, or veteran pu heads alike. When pushed you are welcomed with a thick chocolatey soup (exactly how I like my ripe). When you don’t know what to grab, this is the tea that will never dissapoint.

A little inconsistent, but when you get a good cake, it's truly amazing

This is one of my go-to Shou Pu-erh teas, and I drink it on a regular basis. The fruity flavor is simply wonderful when you get the right cake. I would give this one a five-out-of-five star rating without hesitation, except for the fact that every now and then I get a cake where the fruity flavor I love so much about this tea is a little faint. That being said, if you like a ripe pu-erh with a berries finish to it, you should definitely try this tea.
