Newly Disappointed

I have been wearing this mascara for a decade now. I LOVED it, but I think the formulation was changed between my order in March and my order in June. It smells different, burns my eyes when I bring the wand near them, and is impossible to wash off. It no longer occasionally flakes off, it now creates almost a film under your eyes, making it look like you have dark circles or a black eye. Please undo these formulation changes, as it was much better before. Sincerely, a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Applicator is so messy/difficult to use

I really wanted to love this mascara but struggled with the applicator. I gave it a full week, and every day I was extremely disappointed with the process of putting it on my lashes. It would probably be a great product if it had a different wand. So frustrating, I asked for a refund/return. The smell is nice, and the ingredients are good. But I’ll stick to my other brand just for ease of the morning routine.

ok for light daily use

It does not build up and is barely visible. Ok for daily wear but for going out I have to add another mascara on top that lengthens my lashes
