I am a regular buyer. When I feel fancy, I use these to make beef bourguignon. They also make great vegetable soup. Braised short ribs with polenta is to die for. The meat is tender and flavorful. I have not been disappointed by any of your products.

The short ribs were good. Very tender and good flavor. They were fatty which I expected, but that’s likely a trade off with the good flavor. I will definitely be purchasing your products again. Great purchasing experience!
