Not sure yet
Yeast was 2+ months old when I got it and according to the calculator was at 50%, so I built a yeast starter and use both packages of the yeast in my Imperial stout. It is day four (4) of the fermentation and I am not seeing any vigorous bubbling through the airlock, so time will tell!

It works
Used and repitched for a few generations. With a starter it kicks off quickly and ferments out fully.
