Description
The short rib is found on the mid section of the rib and is absolutely filled with flavour. Cook these slow and the meat will quite literally fall from the bone.

Beautiful flavour from these beef ribs. The amount of meat on each rib was incredible. Shall purchase again and recommend to meat lovers.

Was ok
Difficult to write a review as I may not have cooked them right. Plenty of meat and slow cooked at 160c for couple of hours. But were a bit tough. But its maybe my cooking technique
