Fantastic brisket
I normally smoke my own brisket and have never bought one that is pre-cooked. That changed a couple weeks ago and I bought a point from Southside market. I followed the heating instructions and had one of the best briskets I’ve ever had. Flavor was spot on, very moist and juicy and perfectly tender. This will definitely not be the last time I buy a brisket from Southside Market!!
