It is all wonderful. I have been looking at where I can find humanely raised pork. This was my start. I cannot eat meat that has been raised on factory farms. And I did not want to commit myself to a subscription. I do not know h0ow I came upon Pig of the Month, but I did and I am very grateful. Beyond my search for humanely raised pigs was the discovery of amazing taste! I have bought gifts for friends and family. It may cost more, but do we really have to eat so much? Thank you, PIG OF THE MONTH. BTW, I grew up with grandparents who raised their own pigs. I think my grandmother would be appalled by the agricultural industry today. Thank you for what you are doing.

I send something from POTM to my brother and sister-in-law each year for Christmas because they don't have bbq places where they live in PA! Each year they ask for something a little different and they love everything I send! It's wonderful to know I can't miss with whatever I send!
