Hard White Spring Wheat Berries

Really nice grain

Its really nice grain, especially for the price. I have ordered from Dave's Fsrm twice and will continue to do so. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, there is a good bit of and brown berries that you have to pick out or grind up , especially compared to other (more expensive) companies.

So far, so good!

Made pizza dough and it turned out great. Ground it with my NutriMill and mixed it in an old Kenmore breadmaker on the pizza dough cycle. Couldn't be happier with my first try at fresh milled flour!

Good Berries

The hard white wheat berries are a good quality. I only wish the bag had told me which way to open. I always pick the wrong side, lol.
