Hard White Spring Wheat Berries

Excellent for sourdough bread

The Hard White Spring Berries I ordered did not dissapoint. I made sourdough bread within a couple of days and everyone who has tasted it has raved about the taste (very fresh), the texture (excellent for sandwiches or toast) and the cost is very good in these times. I will be ordering from Dave's Farm again and I can't wait to try other grains.

Makes the best bread ever!

Received my order a few days after placing my order. The packages were in good shape. No holes or damage. I use my vitamix to grind up the wheat berries. Comes out of the oven perfect every time. I never buy bread at the store. I want to try to make English muffins next..

Quality wheat on a budget
