Good for Home Gyms

The bar is great but the machine seems a little cheap. The slides stick a lot and it makes it difficult to do quick movement or sets. Also wish the slides went lower so I could do assisted deadlifts. But for a home gym addition and the price it’s a good purchase. And it was delivered very easily so the service was excellent.

Nice unit - EZ setup and put together.Within an hour of receiving the package I had it put together and started benching.....A must have for your home gym.

Setup was fairly easy. Equipment seems pretty solid once assembled. Worth the money. Overall pleased with this purchase.
