Meze Audio ELITE Flagship Headphones

Really loving these after a week with them. Are more comfortable than my Aryas, easier to power, more detailed, but easier to listen to. Hands down the best headphone experience I’ve had to date on all accounts. I prefer the leather pads for everything but put the suede on for acoustic string type stuff, they let a little more brightness in and take away a little thump. Really love how easy it is to switch them, every manufacturer should be doing this. With luck will be the final headphone I need.

It took me a long time to pull the trigger on these headphones due to the high price. I had no opportunity to listen to them before purchasing. After much research, I took the chance and I am so glad I did. They are just what I was looking for. Smooth sound, great looks, and the most comfortable headphone I've ever owned/tried. My current collection includes the HD800S, Arya Stealth, and HD600. I have absolutely no regrets purchasing the Elites. I plan to sell off the Arya -- a great headphone in its own right -- but keep the Sennheisers for sentimental reasons.
