Best Rainbow cookies I've had in a LONG time. When I lived on Long Island There were plenty of Italian bakeries most made great rainbow cookies or would bring them home from NYC. But living up in Connecticut on the shoreline since 2012. Good rainbow cookies are very hard to come by anywhere this. I've worked them twice. Phenomenal great packing!
