Although the box was poorly handled and the polystyrene cooler was broken ( cracked), the product was in perfect condition. Your products are EVERYTHING you say they will be, again & again & again.

It was absolutely amazing. It was tender but firm. It cooked very very well and The taste was absolutely amazing. I would definitely buy it a second time and a third time as well the regular fillets of the salmon I've sent to a very special person who is a salmon connoisseur and she said they were amazing as well
