We received a new power source 11 month ago under the warranty on our sauna. It failed. The replacement part should have been guaranteed by your company. You sent us a defective replacement part and wouldn't stand behind the quality of your product. We were forced to pay for a new power source even though it was a defective one you sent us - it should last more than 11 months.
