Only thing I take issue with is that it is a little more work to preheat than the plastic version. Otherwise makes amazing coffee

Works great

It's exactly what you think it is, and works great! The Oil Green colour is as pictured. I use an Encore to grind my beans and I set it to 12 for lighter-medium roasts. (Appreciating that Encores aren't all calibrated the same way.) I held out on buying one of these as I wanted to minimize my disposables. I've had a Hario Simply Hario Glass Coffee Maker for a few years now, which comes with a stainless steel filter. It's lovely once you figure out the right grind settings, but does let through more oils and fines (sediment). I find some coffees aren't well-suited to this those types of brewing methods and are better with paper filters. That's why I ended up purchasing this coffee maker as well.
