This is amazing. I did not think it would be as good as it is. We boiled it in a rich chicken broth, and the flavor was excellent. With some parmesan cheese, it is excellent. We also had some with pesto. It was great.

Pasta power

I add these to several other pastas for the ultimate pasta dish with all the bells and whistles. A gentle tomato sauce and it becomes a test of willpower to not overeat.
