Customer service and shipping is disappointing

While I am impressed with the quality of these products, this is the third time an auto-order/subscription has been over 3 weeks late to leave the warehouse. Customer service did not reach out to me and when I did, they simply said,”shipping now” After which it still was sent on a slow route and I still have not received it. For a company that sells “consistently is key” you’d think they’d overnight an item that sat at the warehouse due to thier inattentiveness, or offer a discount, or do anything to say they regret letting an order sit for an extended period of time when it was on a subscription. I am still waiting with my next subscribed order ready to charge.
