Outstanding Service
My overall experience was by far the best customer service experience I have received in over 2 years. I reached out to the company directly because one of the anchor kits I purchased through Amazon came defective. The rep was extremely courteous, personable and even quite funny in a much needed way. He responded by promptly sending me another kit free of charge. I will definitely be ordering from them again as well as sending my friends there, too. Thank you so much for a great experience.
