Newport Vessel is customer service orientated. They truely care about the customer and they are there willing to give advice and directions on all of their products. This is very refreshing to see in todays environment. I am very impressed with how easy it was to install! The part came with instructions. But the instructions were made on a lamented type cardboard, so if you got it dirty, you wipe it off. You can keep it for future use (if necessary). The directions were a step by step instructions on how to remove and replace the Brush. There were tips included in the instructions that you learn by installing the part.
