No other boat dealers wanted to mess with getting me a patch kit for my inflatable board, including where I purchased the thing! One place told me there were in stock but after I paid, didn’t ship for 3months. Newport was prompt to telephone me for corrected shipment instructions and sent it out cheerfully that day. It’s not the amount of $$$ it’s the amount of satisfaction with these folk!
