I own several Newport products. The buckle for one of my battery boxes broke. Contacted Newport and they sent me a new one right away. They stand by their products. Great customer service.

Newport is a great company! Got a battery box for Christmas and I broke the strap clip that holds the box together. I called and explained to them what had happened and they replaced the strap no questions asked. I was prepared to purchase a replacement but they replaced free of charge. They are a great company! I can’t wait to use the battery box with my Newport motor. Great company, great products and great service!

The strap broke first day of using my battery box. Contacted Newport and they asked for pictures, receipt and email. A new strap was sent the same day.
