This Sweet & Spicy Hatch Chili Mustard is some really good stuff! I'm not much for straight mustard on anything, but this combo of sweet relish, the Hatch Chiles and the mustard makes a combo that I'll eat on just about everything. Grilled & fried chicken breasts, burgers, hotdogs, brats, even pork tenderloin. It's a quality product. We've used almost the entire jar in just the short time since we received the shipment. Time to order MORE! Saw this product being used on my favorite Cowboy Cooking show -- Ken Rollins. If you haven't tried this Sweet & Spicy Hatch Chile Mustard, get yourself some soon!! This stuff is a rarity... just an amazingly balanced mustard, so nice that I am using it up way too fast. Bratwurst, dogs, meatloaf sammies, sunny-side up eggs, curried rice wow, wow, WOW!!!

Deliciously unique.

This is a wonderful change of pace from regular yellow mustard. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. I may never buy regular mustard again.
