Chicken beware!
I was gifted the Honesuki class for Christmas. It was a blast learning about the knives and how to use them. Having tried a few, this was the one that spoke to me! The single bevel naturally wants to roll away from the bone, making deboning effortless! Its razor sharp and fits nicely in the hand. Overall, a great knife!
