Great for gut

I purchased this product because I wanted to try a probiotic strain that I had not experimented with before. My expierience so far has been positive as I feel less bloated and gassy, especially when I am eating dairy. I am lactose intolerant and dairy usually give me unpleasant symptoms, but with this probiotic, I feel so much better.

I can tell the difference!

I can tell the difference if I am regularly taking my Acidolpholus compared to when I sporadically take it. It helps my stomach have less acidity and upset.
