Sooooo fragrant!!! a little goes a long way. Delivered quickly as promised. Great for making teas and matcha. I also use it by adding a tablespoon of prepared tea to 4 oz soy milk with 3 drops of vanilla extract and vigorously froth for a topping for matcha or tea. can be used for cooking and baking and making desserts like gelatin, ice cream, sorbets, pudding, etc
