Amazing flavor, not overly bitter

I've felt it a struggle finding a good dried orange zest like this for my seasoning blends. They're typically extremely bitter because most the pith is still with the product. But this product consistently has an amazing aroma, fruity citrus flavor, and add that rounded flavor I'm looking for in my small batch blends. Thank you!
