Quality,fresh,at a good price
I liked the potency,and flavor of this wonderful spice. I use it for tea, with ceylon cinnamon sticks. I also chew on one before my dental hygiene care. I use coconut pulling oil with a drop of clove oil.
My next use will be to insert these flavor buds into a thick slab of ham,and slow cook it,add some brown sugar and ceylon cinnamon powdered in my coffee grinder.
