Amazed at customer service

Put product in cart, but cancelled due to shipping fees. Got an immediate response from actual person very quickly asking if something was wrong. On a whim I mentioned why, and order was immediately shipped in way that wasn't apparent to me (unless I missed it somehow), without additional charge. No back and forth, no having to call, no AI bs, just what I wanted, at the price, and not shipped 3 weeks late, arrived very fast. And all after I had cancelled order and written it off. Even got email from "C" suite folks. Now THAT is customer service.
