Excellent customer service!! Great Jones bowls are like Art , have them on display and I take down to use as needed. Planning on purchasing The Dutches Blueberry 6.75 quart dutch oven next.

My 2 star review has nothing to do with quality or customer service. I love this set of bowls I have had the other pattern for over six years without a chip however when I went to buy a set for my daughter the middle bowl’s bottom was broken. The customer service is incredible and sent a replacement overnight but the same bowl had the bottom broken too. Just to put this in perceptive so far I received 4 sets all with the middle bowl broken at the bottom. It is such a shame there is obviously a packing design flaw I can’t express how much I truly love Great Jones and how disappointed I am that I couldn’t be one of the lucky customer to receive a undamaged set. I hope this will encourage the company to change the packaging material and correct this issue so other customers don’t have to suffer the same disappointment
