The crabs arrived alive and in superb condition. Fried them in a traditional tempura batter, sprinkled with sea salt and served with lemon wedges. Fantastic crunch with a wonderfully subtle umami flavor. The oenophiles at our club gobbled them up.

I originally had these while in Philly at a restaurant. So had to get on the waitlist list. Wait was over and these definitely hit the spot. Not a single one was dead upon arrival. Simply put what a treat.
