Rockfish Fillets – Premium Fresh Seafood by Global Seafoods

Rockfish have a very strong sea smell.If someone don't like it don't buy...The best way to cook a fish- frying in Air fry pan or in oven following next steps-flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Do not add oil or butter. You may add on the top a little bit any shredding sheese. Enjoy!

My Rockfish fillets were delivered very cold and in good color. They were so delicious tasting after grilling. Thumbs up to Global Seafood.

So many bones

The fish fillets were a good size and were packaged beautifully. For the price, I think you get quite a lot considering it’s fresh and wild caught. They were also delivered quickly. However with each fillet, I had to remove between 3-5 sharp bones. Customer service chat said this is normal with rockfish, though.
