Grayl great. Cartridge iffy

Love the Grayl. Worked initially like a charm but after 20-30 presses of “clear” water it became very difficult to press. I contacted grayl and they sent me two replacement cartridges, which was great. Love the product concept but wish the filter lasted longer.

Quality Product

Got the replacement filter for two older Grayl water purifier bottle. I ordered the the one way rubber insert on both. I like the option of being able to mix electrolytes:) This works great because it also allows easy filtration for cooking needs too!

Replacement filter with valve.

The replacement filter with valve that I recently received is not as efficient as the original products purchased. The valve does not work effectively, resulting in a small leak back into the water reservoir. I am unsure why, but it is inferior to the original product. I would like to include an observation that the customer service aspect of dealing with the replacement of a valve was not of a standard I thought the company would provide; it was distant, and a lack of communication, as well as information, was needed.
