I’ve owned many trekking poles over the years. These are lightweight but very sturdy. I took my old twist locks and applied Pressure until they slipped. Then I took the Peax poles and could not get them to slip. This makes me more comfortable resting all my weight plus some on them while hauling out an elk this season.

Helps with heavy loads

These are my first poles so can’t compare them to others. I used them on a 6 mile 1800’ of gain with 55lb pack and they work great! Really helps the wear and tear on your knees when going down hill. The clamps work great never had them slip or come loose on me. They are very well built.

Best Trekking Poles Ever!

I bought these for my husband for an anniversary gift! They came so fast! In just enough time for bear season in Idaho! The telescopes are great for when he goes hunting and can use them for holding up a shelter. His last ones were beat up so he needed new ones for sure. Thank you Peax!
