I have used a folding titanium spoon for years and had no need to change... until I used this one. You can get all the way into the bag and scrape the bottom without getting food on your hands. The angle of the head is perfect. I have now switched all the Ti spoons out for the family.

Finding a great backcountry spoon wouldn't seem to hard. But over the years I've been thru plenty, from two piece combos to sporks made from plastic. When it comes down to it, what do you really need? A lightweight, long handled spoon. The Peax ti spoon does the job.
