Following a failure of the control valve/regulator eariler this summer I contacted Magma to purchase a new one and was told mine was still under warantee...I then provided my address and purchase information...Recieved my new control valve/regulator within a week or so. Thx for the support

Ordering and shipment was perfect

We, unfortunately ordered this valve for our stove but it is the wrong valve and we had to return it. Still waiting to hear if they have received our return valve. Company was very efficient with the initial ordering and shipment.

My new grill came with a defective regulator. One quick call to support and a replacement was sent, which arrived a few days later. Happily grilling now!
