Excellent customer service!!

The wrong cylinders were initially sent all it took less than 2 mins on the phone to correct and ship the correct ones. In a world where customer service is lacking SodaStream never disappoints.

I switched to soda stream because I started having difficulty finding some of my favorite sodas in stores. I love it! I can get everything from my caffeine free diet to orange/rootbeer for my grandchildren. The sparkling water flavors are fun to try as water but also with the soda. Everything came quickly and was well packaged. This is my splurge of the month. And I appreciate this company greatly! (Had soda stream for about two years but new to having it shipped to me)

I placed my order online for 4 new bottles and received them quickly. I returned my empties immediately and all I had to do was seal the box! I Love Soda Stream, both the product and the service! Thanks Guys!
