I bought a magma keyboard and a rod holder to go with it. The rod holder base had a stripped screw. I called the company and without question they sent a new one immediately. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Good equipment

Our fish prep station has been one of the best things on the boat. When the bolts securing it gave up, and I requested replacement bolts, they sent a replacement device at no charge. First time in thirty years for a problem and it was remedied ASAP. THANK YOU. Also have had two of your grills. One still in service.
