Why did you change hooks to loops on lace system

Like them but they are wearing holes in my socks

First pair were fine this pair is wearing my socks out at the big toe nail is well manicured and not sharp seems top of shoe has room to move up and down wearing my socks out I’m wearing golden toe socks so they are not cheap may cause me to put duct tape on the inside of the shoe very unhappy with this product now and don’t have the box anymore to return rather disappointing maybe they can send a replacement and I can ship them back in new box that’s my only question will you replace my shoes with new ones. AT Last!!!!

A boot that fits my feet. All my life my footwear has pinched my toes. I would have to buy a size or 2 larger to accomodate my extra extra wide feet, I am so relieved to have found Ororthofeet
