Shoes good, customer service bad

I enjoyed the slippers. They’re comfortable and have worn well. My review is more for the customer service. When the shoes arrived the insole had a broken heel cup. It took over a week of back and forth with customer service to finally send me a replacement and when they did?? It was for a different color slipper. Fine they look goofy now but as long as they are comfortable I’ll still wear them despite the slippers being grey and black and the insole is now beige.

Would have liked them to be grey as the slippers are black with grey lining.

They fit well, are very comfortable and don’t cost too much.
