My endocrinologist is pushing me to use any of the meds for osteopenia. I am Type 2 diabetic and this is one of her specialties. I am retired but did studies on these drugs and I never seen any improvement from the meds. I have also went from obese to normal. I have loss 130 pounds, but I am 76 year old female. I will know in another year when I am due for another Dexscan if OsteoDura has helped. I have noticed my soft fingernails are much stronger. I feel that is a good sign.
