They do the job

These are great, well made, good padding that seems like it will last through years of abuse. My only complaint is I wish they were a few inches longer. It's a bit tricky to get in exactly the right spot to comfortably unracm for bench but also be close enough to be within the spotter arms. Not a huge deal.

A must have.

This has been key in doing Romanian dead lifts, and incline barbell triceps extensions. They are about 10”, but they are solid and can take all the weight a home gym needs. This was the single best purchase for your rack. As an added bonus, one is perfect for perching on for barbell standing calf raises
