SootheSerenity Ergonomic Cervical Pillow

Don’t work I have requested a refund. Expensive not to be working.

I was using a Orthopaedic pillow for neck pain for about a month with good results. I saw this pillow being advertised from ' Juststroll ' and decided to purchase the item for a comparison. l found that this pillow was not for me..... it was very uncomfortable. On my first night of use, l recall waking up at 2.30 in the morning and not being able to fall asleep again, so, l tossed it to one side and reusing the original cervical pillow. Perhaps if l kept on using it l would get used to it, but l don't have the patience.

I would like to give them zero stars. I ordered my pillow weeks ago. And it kept saying it’s delivered it’s delivered and it has not been delivered. I still don’t have it to the state but it’s asking me to review my order so there’s my review. Not happy.
