I'm not as happy with the pillow as I thought I would be. First I asked the question of height of the sides. I was told 5 inches. It's barely 4 inches. That was the main reason I bought it due to the fact I have broad shoulders and needed one higher than my current cervical pillow. Second it's no cooler than any other pillow I have. My neck gets hot and I switch back to my other cervical pillow. I do like the comfort of the neck area when laying on my back. Mine doesn't have the blue edging. Not sure if that matters. So all and all I don't think it's worth the price.
