CozyRest® Memory Foam Neck Pillow

The pillow does not match the description on the website. Its also super small and very uncomfortable. Although my pillow was shipped from California I was told I would have to pay the shipping cost to return the pillow to China which was almost the cost of the pillow.

Think this pillow would be better for a smaller person, I'm an average size man (6ft 190lb) and ended up putting this on top of another thin pillow because it is a comfortable pillow, just not tall enough if I'm sleeping on my side.

Disappointed with the pillow’s size and height. It didn’t match the advertised elevation and lacked the support I needed. The returns policy was also frustrating, as it only allows returns for unopened items. This makes it difficult to assess the size and quality without opening the product.
