Side sleeper drawbacks for me

Although I was excited to get it, the side sleeper pillow did not work for me. The hollowed out positioning of the neck and head was OK, but the sides were too big for me to be comfortable as I went from one side to the other. I felt a little constrained by t OK good he construction at each end of the pillow.

Arrived, but inferior quality after trying to reach out to them 4 times they finally emailed and offered to send other pillows i thought I would be nice and give them another chance one arrived dirty see photo you cannot speak with anyone i took the hit for the cost of these 4 pillows PLEASE don’t you. It was plastic not bamboo…

The pilllow didn’t provide the right support for my neck so I contacted customer service. They tried to offer me another pillow. I declined and I asked for a refund and they asked for pictures still waiting for a response.
